Your share of the hotel — income every year
You invest in an ownership share of the hotel, while the operator manages its day-to-day operations. 15% of the hotel's turnover excluding VAT is distributed to investors in proportion to their shares. A further 5% is allocated to the furniture and equipment renewal reserve — FF&E.
